Expanding Our Gender Leadership Capacity

We are also excited to share that the WLEH team launched, in early 2026, the recruitment of a dedicated Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Advisor staff position.

This key role will help drive the next phase of our gender work, providing strategic leadership for the WLEH initiative while strengthening gender mainstreaming across Orbis programs in close collaboration with our partner Seva Foundation.

This important milestone has been made possible through the strong leadership of the broader Orbis leadership team, including our very own Ayisha Diop, whose guidance has been instrumental.

It marks a significant step in deepening our technical expertise and scaling the impact of gender-transformative approaches at the national level.
